ST JAMES CHURCH PROPOSED PROJECT, CAMBRIDGE MA

Oaktree Development, in collaboration with the leadership and congregation of St. James, has created a joint venture to develop a combined site located on Massachusetts Avenue next to the historic St. James Episcopal Church. This green, transit-oriented, walkable project will include condominium units, retail space, parish house space, garage parking, exercise room, function room, common roof deck and an open landscaped courtyard.

74 RUMFORD, WALTHAM MA

74 Rumford will be developed on the reclaimed, historic O’Hare Watch Dial Factory site, just minutes away from 128 and downtown Boston in Waltham, Massachusetts. There will be 34 residences with 9 different floor plans, and will offer fitness center, a clubroom for meetings and social events. The residents will also enjoy a landscaped courtyard, adjacent to a Charles River inlet with a picnic and grilling area.


30 HAVEN STREET, READING MA

Oaktree Development is working closely with the Town of Reading to create a sustainable, LEED certifiable, mixed use community on the former site of the Atlantic grocery store. The current concept offers fifty residential units, a club room that opens to a green common roof deck overlooking Haven Street, a fitness center,as well as resident parking in an underground garage. The first floor will be dedicated to great new places to shop and dine bringing a vibrant truly green live, work, and play community to downtown Reading.


2419 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE, CAMBRIDGE MA

Oaktree Development, working with Urban Spaces, is developing a site right on the Bike Path in North Cambridge, Massachusetts within 6 walking minutes of the popular and lively Davis Square and the Red Line. This community will be another example of Oaktree’s commitment to building sustainable, LEED certifiable, transit oriented communities. The current concept will be 37 residential units over underground parking, and will include a community room for the residents.


87 NEW STREET, CAMBRIDGE MA

This sustainable, transit oriented Oaktree Community will be strategically located in the Alewife area of North Cambridge, MA directly across from the largest open space park in Cambridge, Danehy Park, and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. This community will contain residential units over an underground garage, and will include state-of-the-art technology with a web-based service backbone, including voice over internet and network digital television. This community will also offer a guest room and a club room to enhance community living.
